Alliance Communications is a nationally recognized, award-winning Call Center and Answering Service who provides
24/7 support to our clients across the United States and abroad 365 days per year.
When selecting individuals to join the team at Alliance Communications, we select those who have a professional personal
presentation; warm, clear speaking voice; excellent communication skills, including perfect spelling and grammar; quick
reading and listening comprehension skills; and a minimum typing speed of 35 wpm. Alliance Communications team members
must also be responsible individuals with reliable transportation, as perfect attendance and punctuality are vital to
properly serving our clients. To ensure a pleasant working environment for all of our staff, a positive attitude is
crucial. Our team members must also possess the ability to work effectively and efficiently independently within a
group setting.
In the role of Customer Service Agent, the primary function is to field incoming calls, text messages, emails or web-chat
messages for our various clients. These transactions are presented to Agent’s screen where instructions for answering,
screening and properly processing these transactions are displayed. Customer Service Agents are evaluated based on their
performance on a weekly basis.
